In Evvâb Settings, tap “Enable all prayer alerts with sound” to enable all five prayers, the selected advance reminder and Evvâb tones. Check the next scheduled times, saved count and prayer-plan end date. Use one “Test in 10 seconds” button at a time, then lock your phone. Test advance-prayer, prayer-time and dhikr sounds separately. An iPhone permission warning links to Settings. Allow Sounds and Time Sensitive notifications. Turn Silent Mode off and raise Ringtone and Alerts in iPhone Settings → Sounds & Haptics if delivery is too quiet. Review Focus and Scheduled Summary if delivery is delayed. Prayer schedules have a finite capacity; reopen before the displayed end date and after travel. A successful schedule is not proof that iOS will deliver audibly under every setting.

The optional daily dhikr reminder follows your phone's local clock. Prayer reminders use the selected location and calculation method; reopen after travel and periodically to refresh the limited schedule. Delivery and sound depend on iOS notification, Silent and Focus settings. Preview the four bundled sounds in Settings, or choose system or silent sounds. Goal-completion sound is enabled on new installations and has a separate switch. Saved off preferences remain off after an update. It plays at the goal, not on every tap. Widgets set to Automatic follow the app appearance after iOS refreshes them; explicit Light or Dark overrides remain independent.

Prayer times are calculated astronomically. Calculation methods, local conventions and adjustments can give different results. Check your city, time zone and calculation method in Evvâb Settings, and choose the method used by your local authority.

Check that reminders and the individual prayers you want are enabled in Evvâb. In iPhone Settings, allow notifications for Evvâb and check Focus and notification-delivery settings. Reopen Evvâb after changing your location or reminder preferences. Reminders are scheduled on your device.

Before deleting Evvâb or Expo Go, reinstalling, or moving to another phone, export a JSON backup from Evvâb Settings and save it somewhere you can access. Restore it from Settings in the new installation. Expo Go and a TestFlight or App Store installation use separate storage; your records do not transfer automatically.

Use the data deletion control in Evvâb Settings. Deleting the app also removes its local app data. Separately delete any backup files you exported and manage any device backups in your Apple settings. See the privacy policy for details.
